Sobre o Orador

In my professional career I’ve faced different challenges with different profiles.

I’ve worked as a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technician in an manufacturing company, IT consultant and project manager in a governmental program focused in the development of SME companies, IT System Administrator in Portugal Telecom, as an IT Service Delivery Manager for Portugal Telecom, and most recently as a IT Consultant and as Service Catalog Manager for PT Cloud & Data Centers.

My academic education was primarily focused on Electronic and Computers area but considering my professional path I’ve taken a post-graduation course on Computer Science.

More recently I‘ve enrolled to a master in Services Engineering and Management to provide me a broader understanding of products and services lifecycle, from conceptual design to customer implementations.?

After almost 10 years working in only technical positions I’ve encountered my passion on the day-to-day challenge of thinking, planning, designing and implementing new services.
