Na próxima 4ª feira, dia 19/10, a sessão terá por tema “Blockchain Based Decentralized Identity”, apresentada por José Faísca, docente do DEISI e aluno finalista do Doutoramento NEMPS – ULHT.

Abstract

This talk presents a novel approach for identity management, which leverages existing W3C protocols for the representation of personal information, such WebID and WebID-TLS, and introduces an end to end authentication mechanism based on the blockchain technology, which allows a completely decentralized management of users’ identity and data privacy.
