11 alunos do DEISI ganham bolsas para participar na Escola de Verão em Cibersegurança, no Porto (1-13 de julho)

Entre 1 e 13 de julho, o Porto recebe uma escola de verão internacional de referência na área de cibersegurança (que já conta com mais de 25 edições). 11 alunos do DEISI foram contemplados com bolsas (cobrem inscrição, alojamento e refeições) para participar neste curso de duas semanas intensivas. Será uma grande oportunidade para ganhar conhecimentos numa área de grande futuro. Estamos conscientes disso no DEISI, razão pela qual iremos lançar em breve um mestrado profissional em Cibersegurança.

What is IPICS + CSP Summer School?

This IPICS+CSP Summer School is a two full weeks immersion into cybersecurity, engaging  students (Masters or early PhD studies in computer science, business informatics, IT engineering, and business) as well as academics and IT Professionals, in cybersecurity topics, from the very foundations, to advanced topics such as the role of AI in cybersecurity threats.

We will provide concrete solutions that are available in the market for the three major domains addressed by the CyberSecPro project: Health, Maritime and Energy.

Hosted in the stunning area of Porto (Vila Nova de Gaia), this is your chance to learn from top experts, engage in hands-on workshops, and network with professionals and peers who share your passion for cybersecurity.

Each week will include Conceptual Sessions and Hands-on Sessions and a Full-day Hackathon. Upon successful completion of the Summer School, participants will receive 4 ECTS that can be used as credits in case you are enrolled in an European University
